The seven year itch which was release in 1955 is one of the oldest movies I am going to mention of. The director of this movie Billy Wilder created this piece from the influence of Marilyn Monroe. In the movie she has played the role of a really gorgeous and attractive woman who changed life of a married man in a way he never thought of. The scenes from this movie are one of the greatest hits of all times and the dress blown up above Monroe’s knees is a concept which is still cherished and included within dozens of movies.
Topper from 1937 is a funny and comedy movie which depicts the story of a dead ghost couple which decides to haunt a friend who is also a bank president. Two sequences of this movie were released and admired back in those days and a drama serial was also directed later on based on the same story and it lasted for about two seasons.
From 1998 there was the movie “there is something about Mary” which is interesting and worth watching from the past. It tells story of a guy (Ben Stiller) who blows out his prom date and after fourteen years realizes to win the love of his life back. For that purpose he hires a private detective played by Matt Dillon but finds him falling for the girl eventually. The twists and turns of the scenes and the acts Ben Stiller does to win the one he likes the most are quite enticing and worth enjoying.
